Wellness Wednesday: Do Nothing

Hey everyone! We are so excited to announce the start of a new weekly post! #WellnessWednesday is all about tips and tricks to help with self-care for caregivers, professionals, and everyone in between.

This week’s tip is “Do Nothing”. Writer and musician Morgan Harper Nichols said it best - “Make the time to take the time to close your eyes and breathe.” Taking 5 minutes to yourself every day reminds us that we can’t serve other people from an empty cup. Happy Wellness Wednesday everyone! 😊☀️
